I have to say that the customer service is top notch! I purchased a used 2013 Ranger 900XP from Bob, when I got it home naturally the first thing I did was take it for a ride. During my ride I noticed a drop in RPMs, the machine stalled, and I couldn't get it going again. I called Hiline the next morning and they told me to bring it in to get looked at. After a few days they called me to explain what was going on and assured me that it would be taken care of at no cost to me!!! This company is definitely one of the reasons that Polaris is still in business. Any other shop would have made me pay for repairs but these guys are excellent in the customer service department. I look forward to making another purchase from Hiline in the future.
They are horrible with rental equipment and repairs, i rented a rototiller one summer and the wheel fell off. I returned it to the store for a refund on my rental. I received no refund and was told that i damaged their equipment. Bullcrap!
