I'm giving this a solid four stars. The breakfast was excellent. The reason I'm not giving it five is because it is understaffed. They only had one waitress serving the whole restaurant! In spite of these difficult circumstances, the waitress did an excellent job. It was actually impressive how she handled having to serve all those people by herself. Still, she could use a hand. I wouldn't be surprised if they want to hire more servers, but they can't find enough help. It sure seems that a lot of people don't want to work these days.
I ordered a chicken fried steak and eggs. The meal was so greasy that it slipped around in my plate. The eggs were under cooked. Also, I was never asked how my meal was. I was there for thirty minutes.
Good food. Great service.
