As I was traveling with my cat, I stayed at the pet section, a building across the road from the main hotel. The room was modern with clean, new decor. Bed was comfortable. Room smelt clean, no odor of cats or dogs. Cleaning staff very friendly and accommodating in spite of my cat walking her pine shaving kitty litter around the room :( The only negative was the shower; the hot water was only warm. But that is on me as I did not report it, but made do. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and I would definitely recommend it to others. Five stars!
Incredible customer service! Our online booking wasn't showing up and the receptionist went above and beyond to help correct the error. Very clean and spacious room. Lots of options for breakfast.
The staff at the hotel upon booking and checking in and out were great, the rooms were clean and well decorated the beds were comfortable. We took kids to pool and couldn't use it as there were a group of old women flashing their breasts against the window at young boys. The bar tender in the lounge just laughed along with them
This hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The wifi works great which seems to be an issue in many other hotels I have stayed at. The hot breakfast is well maintained very tasty. All the staff is more than accommodating and always has a smile. I have stayed here before and will stay here again!
Everything about this hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all the amenities including K-Cup coffee. The fitness center is well equipped. There is a pool and a hot tub. The breakfast bar is outstanding. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip.
