I have purchased from Aarons only twice and both experiences were not ideal. The first time I paid off the item in the 4 months but still had Aarons people coming to my house and calling me about late payments. My second purchase was a sectional that I also paid off in 4 months. I received the item damaged. I have been waiting for my sectional to be replaced or fixed but 9 months later I still have no answers, I have called numerous times and my calls are have not been returned. I will not be purchasing items in the future due to the inability to fix their mistakes. I am still left with a $1400 damaged sectional and no answer on how they will fix the problem.
