As an aging person I am intimidated with my phone sometimes and had to replace it with another one due to a faulty button. I was very concerned about losing the progress on my word game (this has happened before), and also my music.
We are on a cross country motorcycle trip and We stopped in to get a new phone and could not have been more surprised by the amazing service we received . Every staff member asked if they could help us and even offered us water.. Brett was also very helpful.. our Friend Shelley was looking for. Particular phone and this location did not have it so Jerad took the time to check other stores along out route to see if they had it and they did not so Kasci took the time to find a phone that would work for Shelley and got her all set up....OUTSTANDING Customer Service... thank you so much.
I took my phones to my local store and Jennifer helped me. I didn't lose anything! She even taught me a few things. I have to admit, I told her at one point I love her... Truth!!! If I ever have any more problems with my phones I will go to her first before I start hating on my phone.
