Service kicks a**!! Mess up all the time but its to be expected during busy hours with kids just learning.
When working a social job like this you're supposed to train your employees social skills and to speak loudly and clearly. The kids you have working here are not trained at all. The girl who took our order was not very happy. Wouldn't even put a smile on her face. To me, that is rude especially working in a social environment. Speak loudly and clearly so your customers can hear you when you ask them for their name to put on the order receipt. I had to lean over the counter to see what my order ticket number was.
Slowest McDonald's ever, I have sat in the drive through multiple times just waiting. They can't multitask very well either.
As an AVID McDonald's goer, DO NOT GO HERE, go somewhere else. Go ANYWHERE else. Been here twice on our way through town, neither time our orders were correct. How hard is it to take an order at a fast food restaurant? The rest of the world does it alright. On top of that they refused to fix our order the first time and told us that we were wrong, and the second time we got the complete wrong food and the fish sandwich that was correct was so burnt I couldn't bite through it. When we went back to have them fix the order they tried to charge us for the food we ALREADY paid for. It took at least 20 minutes to get our food, never got our drinks when we went and asked for them they tried to tell us we didn't order any, and when they finally started to make them it took another 10 to get them. So in all if you want the wrong food and have an hour to waste, this is your place!
Burger was good but employees are miserable.. They are grumpy faced and don't smile or have any customer service skills.
